Shipping

Where we ship
We ship to Canada and the United States.

Cost
- Orders of $60 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under $60: $4.95.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.

How long it takes
- Processing: we prepare and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: it usually arrives about 6 to 15 days after you order, depending on where you live.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods such as Black Friday and the weeks before Christmas can take longer.

Tracking
Every order is tracked. When it ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after the email arrives. You can also use the Track Order page.

More than one parcel
If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get a tracking link for each parcel. You are never charged extra shipping for this.

Christmas orders
For delivery in Canada before Christmas, order by December 5. Orders after that may arrive after December 25.

Customs, duties and taxes
Taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Orders to the United States may be charged import duties or fees by the carrier or customs. Those are not included in our prices and are your responsibility.

Wrong address
Please check your address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, write to us within 12 hours at hello@shopklar.ca and we'll try to fix it. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you about reshipping. A new shipping charge may apply.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders
- If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, write to us.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, write to us and we'll resend it or refund you.
- If something arrives damaged or wrong, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Returns policy.
